ANTI-TRAFFICKING & SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT

1. Introduction

AmaFans has zero tolerance for human trafficking, exploitation, and the sexual abuse of minors. This statement sets out our commitments and safeguards.

2. Our Commitments

• Every Creator undergoes identity and age verification before publishing content or receiving payouts
• Every other person appearing in NSFW content must be independently verified, with documented consent, before that content is published
• We monitor for indicators of coercion, trafficking, or non-consensual participation, and act immediately on any credible report
• Confirmed cases are reported to the South African Police Service and relevant authorities, and the account is permanently terminated

3. Reporting a Concern

If you believe a Creator is being exploited, coerced, or is underage, report it immediately to support@amafans.co, marked urgent, or to the South African Police Service. Reports can be made anonymously.
