ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for what you may and may not do on AmaFans. By using AmaFans you agree to comply with this policy at all times. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. This policy applies to all Users — Fans, Creators, and visitors.

2. What AmaFans Is

AmaFans is an African creator monetisation platform. Creators monetise their audience through subscriptions, digital products, bookings, live streams, PPV content, and direct messages. AmaFans supports both SFW (Safe For Work) and NSFW (Not Safe For Work / explicit) creators. Every Creator sets their own content tier in their profile settings, and Fans can filter their browsing experience accordingly.

3. Always Prohibited — No Exceptions

The following are prohibited across the entire platform, regardless of content tier, consent claims, or context:

  • Any content involving, or appearing to involve, a person under the age of 18, in any context
  • Non-consensual content of any kind, including content shared without the depicted person's knowledge or agreement
  • Content depicting or facilitating violence, abuse, exploitation, or human trafficking
  • Bestiality, incest-themed content, or content otherwise illegal under South African law
  • Content that doxxes, harasses, or threatens any person
  • Deepfakes, face-swaps, or AI-generated content depicting a real, identifiable person without that person's explicit, verifiable consent
  • Hate speech under the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act
  • Fraudulent conduct, including failing to deliver paid content or services, or misrepresenting what a purchase includes

4. SFW Tier — Additional Standards

  • Content must be consistent with mainstream social media standards (the benchmark we use is Instagram's content policy)
  • No nudity or sexually explicit material is permitted in this tier, in any form

5. NSFW Tier — Requirements

Creators publishing explicit content must meet additional requirements before any such content goes live:

  • Complete identity and age verification before publishing any explicit content
  • Every other person appearing in explicit content must also be independently age-verified and must provide documented, written consent to appear and to the intended use of the content, before it is published
  • Creators must retain consent and verification records for as long as the content remains live on the platform, or anywhere it may have been redistributed, and must produce these records on request
  • AI-generated or AI-enhanced content must only depict the verified Creator themselves, and any AI assistance must be disclosed where the platform requests it

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Attempt to conduct transactions outside the AmaFans platform to avoid platform fees
  • Make fraudulent chargeback or refund requests
  • Use stolen payment credentials
  • Engage in money laundering or any financial crime through the platform
  • Create multiple accounts to evade a ban or suspension
  • Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
  • Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of AmaFans
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any Creator or Fan
  • Share any User's private personal information without their consent
  • Discriminate against any User based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic under South African law
  • Download, screenshot, record, or redistribute any Creator's content without written permission
  • Share Creator content on any third-party platform without the Creator's explicit consent

7. Content Protection & Enforcement

  • Content may carry invisible watermarking tied to the purchasing Fan's account, to trace unauthorised redistribution
  • Fans who screenshot, screen-record, or redistribute paid content without authorisation may be permanently banned, and we may pursue legal remedies
  • Reported violations are reviewed promptly. Confirmed violations of Section 3 result in immediate permanent account termination and may be reported to the South African Police Service, the Films and Publications Board, or other relevant authorities
  • Other violations follow an escalating process: warning and content removal for a first minor breach, temporary suspension for repeated breaches, permanent termination for serious or repeated violations

8. Reporting Violations

If you see Content or conduct that violates this policy, use the Report button on any post, profile, or message, or email support@amafans.co. We review all reports within 48 hours.

9. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, email support@amafans.co within 30 days of the action. Include your username, the content in question, and the reason for your appeal. We aim to respond within 14 business days. This appeal process does not apply to violations of Section 3, which are final.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of AmaFans after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
